Sometimes you find a dress that makes you feel like a princess. It twirls just right when you dance and sing. It is the perfect shade of pink. It is soft and comfortable from being washed so often. You wear it so often that it is stained and torn. Your mother refuses to let you wear it in public, unless it is a special occasion. Then one day, mom hides it from you so you can't wear it anymore and you cry. Eventually you forget about it until your mom shows you some pictures and then you smile.
